We are a company of all women!! well except for Vikki Elaine's maid who models for us.

Elaine started Miss, because living with her Tv partner was the best thing that ever happened to her and she wanted to share what she created with the world, and that's exactly what she's done. We sell all over the world, so don't worry about your location you are always in reach of a Miss product.

Materials and Returns procedure
CLOTHING Returned within ten working days of date of dispatch from our premises can be exchanged or refunded on the understanding that such goods are clean, and in new condition and were not made to measure or special order.

 If you have specified the garment and its made to your design correctly we cannot refund the item. Refunds will be given on made to measure items but there is a handling charge of 50% . Although we will alter items free of charge to ensure fit if your measurements have not been followed by us. However if you have measured incorrectly alterations will be made for a fee. Colours shown can not be guaranteed

Delivery
All of our garments are made to order and by hand, therefore please allow 28 days from the date of order for dispatch in some cases it may exceed this if  we are very busy or if fabric is out of stock or delayed (At busy times it can be between 4-8 weeks).. We offer our UK customers a special fast delivery service. Our international customers will have garments delivered by airmail and swift air. This is a fairly fast service and very reliable. Any problems with delivery please contact us immediately. All items are sent out in plain discreet packaging.

Billing
We bill discreetly, miss by Elaine will not appear on your credit card, it will be billed as "Lifestyle".
